received the new Tekna spray gun.
This top of the line spray gun features a precision matched nozzle and needle,
easy trigger pull and it is lightweight. Comes in 2 models: Base coat and
Clear coat. The base coat gun is engineered for optimal metallic
distribution and patter length while spraying at 18-22 PSI. The clear coat
gun is engineered for optimal atomisation and pattern length while spraying at
22-26 PSI.

(American Boat Builders & Repairers Association.)
ABBRA, founded in 1943, serves to strengthen and to
encourage the professionalism of the marine service industry through the sharing
of knowledge and the search for solutions to common problems.
Peter Kilkenny & Michael Casey will be
attending the 2007 International Marina & Boatyard Conference from January
28 - January 31 in Tampa, FL.

This Thursday, August 18, we will be
having a Presta Compound Clinic at our Rhode Island location. It is a FREE
clinic.
At the clinic we will go through the
complete paint finishing system from compounding to polishing to glazing.
If your current compounds are not
cutting it for you come on down and see what will.
To stop the contamination these
wristbands should not be allowed in paint shop process.

Providence Lacquer Customers Enjoy Golf Tournament
The
1st Annual Providence Lacquer Charity Golf Tournament was held on
June 25, 2005 at Cranston Country Club. Eighty participants enjoyed a beautiful
summer day of golf and fun. The
event included lunch, range balls, dinner, door prizes and more.
First place went to John Lynch, George Pirie, Bruce Morin, & Joseph
Walsh, 2nd to Fran Parente, Chris Antonelli, Dave Harpt, & Al
Atwood, and 3rd to Peter Kilkenny, Brian Bouthillier, Bill Emerson,
& Al Colucci. Longest Drive for men went to Bill Emerson, longest drive for
women went to JoAnn Martins, closest to the pin for men went to Charlie.
“This
year’s tournament was a huge success. We
were extremely excited about launching this event.
This annual event is something everyone at Providence Lacquer loves to
put on to show our valued customer we really appreciate their business.”
To
make this event a success we looked at our distributors.
We can’t begin to thank them enough for all the assistance and support
they provided to help us make our customers the most appreciated in the
industry. We want to thank our

Lacquer Announces Charity Golf Tournament
Providence Lacquer & Supply Centre, Inc.
announces its Charity Golf Tournament to be held on Saturday, June 25th,
2005 at Cranston Country Club. Brian
Keough, President, said, “Everyone at Providence Lacquer is excited about our
charity golf tournament. We want to
show our customers that we really appreciate their business.”
The tournament package includes lunch and a drink, 18
holes of golf, unlimited range balls, dinner, plenty of door prizes, trophies,
and lots of fun. Cranston Country
Club was designed by Geoffrey Cornish. It
is a 18 hole championship course that turns an everyday round of golf into an
uncommon experience. At Cranston
Country Club you’ll appreciate the meticulous attention they give their
course. Rich, green fairways by
majestic oaks and maples. And the
sure-putting action of their finely manicured greens.
All proceeds will benefit “The Impossible Dream.”
“The Impossible Dream” is a charitable organization, based out of
Warwick, RI, that provides dreams to come true for chronically ill children.
This event is held in memory of Benny DiCaprio,
’88.
